RETURN ELIGIBILITY

What items can be returned?
We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery. Certain exclusions may apply to special collections or personalized items.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We cannot accept returns beyond this period.

How do I return an item?

  1. Log in to your account to access your order history
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Follow the instructions to generate your return authorization
  4. Package the items securely using the original packaging
  5. Ship your return using the provided label

Who pays for return shipping?
Standard return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We may offer prepaid return labels in certain circumstances.

REFUNDS

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after we receive your return.

When will my refund be processed?
Refunds begin processing immediately upon receipt of your return at our facility. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, you may request an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please indicate your preference when initiating your return.

What if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?
If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund and notify you when the item is back in stock.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

What if my return doesn’t meet the conditions?
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Can I return sale items?
Sale items may be returned unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Please check individual product pages for details.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

How do international returns work?
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Will I get refunded for customs duties?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR RETURN?

What if I haven’t received my refund?
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our receiving your return, please verify with your bank first, then contact customer service if needed.

What if my return gets lost in transit?
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return is processed. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
